Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

Core Privacy Guarantee: DevCraft operates strictly in client-side browser memory. We do not collect, log, store, or transmit your code, JSON files, tokens, or queries to any server.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

When using our utilities (JSON Delta, ArchFlow, JWT Inspector, CronForge, SQL Beautifier, RegexSandbox), all text input and computations remain strictly local in your browser’s volatile RAM. When you close the tab or refresh the page, the in-memory data is purged.

2. URL Hash Sharing Mechanism

When you explicitly click “Share URL”, DevCraft uses the LZ-String algorithm to compress your input into the URL hash fragment (e.g. https://devcraft.run/tools/mermaid-editor#data=...). According to standard HTTP specifications (RFC 3986), URL fragments are processed purely by client browsers and are never transmitted to web hosting servers.

3. Cookies and Advertising

DevCraft does not use session cookies, login cookies, or invasive personal profiling trackers. To fund domain renewals and open-source maintenance, we display advertisements via Google AdSense and privacy-focused developer sponsors. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Cookieless Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregated traffic trends (such as total pageviews and country of origin) without collecting personal data, IP addresses, or placing tracking cookies.
